What Is Uniswap V4?\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n

After news that Ethereum, Uniswap\u2019s L1, will <\/span>have<\/span><\/a> its Dencun upgrade in this year\u2019s first quarter, Uniswap then <\/span>announced<\/span><\/a> that their latest iteration of the protocol would be launched sometime in Q3 2024.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In the announcement, v4 is currently in its first phase with the developers finalizing the core functionalities and features of the upgrade. The update would let the team create<\/span> new features on top of the current AMM design of the protocol. This eliminates the need for creating an entirely new design from the ground up.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
